It's been many times now that I have warned you. No more warnings, only punishments. If you feel so much addicted to the bed and sofa, go to a rehabilitation centre. Whenever you get the thought to go for a nap, ' Stay quiet or get out somewhere and come back only after the feeling gets away'. No more record breaking siestas. You gotta change yourself ramya, say no to naps from now on.
